The second successful journey of the Thar Desert Train Safari has opened a new chapter in tourism for the people of Sindh.
Organised by the Sindh Culture and Tourism Department in collaboration with the SIFC, the safari train journey began in Karachi and continued through Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, and Chhor, finally concluding at Khokhrapar before returning to Karachi.
The safari offered enthusiasts a unique opportunity to explore the historical landmarks of interior Sindh up close.
At Chhor and Parchi Ji Wari, tourists were treated to breathtaking views of the sunset, in addition to enjoying a camel ride through the desert.
This high-quality and engaging journey ran from 26th February to 27th February. Participants expressed their belief that the Thar Desert Train Safari would contribute to the global recognition of Sindh's cultural heritage.
Attendees also noted that the safari is a milestone that reflects the emotions of the people of Sindh and serves as a source of livelihood through tourism.
