The price of gold in Pakistan witnessed a massive increase on Tuesday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by massive Rs4,800, settling at Rs306,300, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold hiked by Rs4,115, taking it to Rs262,602.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw an increase of $47 on Tuesday, reaching $2,916 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
The price of 24-karat silver in the local market also hiked by Rs45 to settle at Rs3,315 per tola.
