Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trajectory on Thursday with the per tola rate increasing by Rs 1,800 to Rs 320,800.
According to data from the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 10-gram 24K gold also saw a notable rise, climbing by Rs 1,543 to settle at Rs 275,034.
Meanwhile, the price of 10-gram 22K gold reached Rs 252,123, an increase of Rs 1,423.
The international gold market saw a $12 rise, with the price per ounce reaching $3,050.
However, silver prices faced a slight dip. The price of 24K silver per tola dropped by Rs 31, settling at Rs 3,524, while 10-gram silver was recorded at Rs 3,021, a decrease of Rs 26. The international silver price fell by $0.29, standing at $33.50.
Experts predict that gold prices in Pakistan may continue to rise, driven by global market trends and currency fluctuations.
