Pakistan batting coach Mohammad Yousuf acknowledged on Saturday the performance of the New Zealand batters in the first ODI.
Expressing his thoughts, Yousuf said: "Runs conceded by two of the bowlers costed. The management will definitely keep an eye on the bowling attack ahead of the second ODI."
"There was a moment, when things were in our control in the match," said Yousuf.
"The things would had been changed if we restricted New Zealand to 270 runs," maintained Yousuf.
He said, "The match was becoming easy for us. But we lost three wickets in two overs."
"The pose of the match was changed after Babar Azam's departure," he maintained.
