Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb’s car met with an accident near Defence Road.
According to initial reports, a speeding vehicle hit her car, resulting in the involvement of several other vehicles in the accident.
Aurangzeb was in the car with her mother at the time of the incident. Both the mother and the daughter were safe and did not suffer any serious injuries.
However, the accident affected traffic flow in the area, and rescue teams immediately reached the scene and commenced operations.
Officials said that a full investigation into the incident was underway and CCTV footage was being obtained to determine the cause of the accident.
