The Lahore High Court (LHC) has granted protective bail to well-known Pakistani YouTuber Saad ur Rehman—popularly known as Ducky Bhai—in connection with a case of reckless driving on a national highway.
The bail is effective until May 5, with the court directing the content creator to appear before the appropriate trial court by then. Rehman appeared in court alongside his lawyer during Tuesday’s hearing.
The case was registered after the social media personality uploaded a video showing himself overspeeding and driving hands-free on a motorway. The video quickly went viral, drawing widespread backlash for glamorising dangerous behaviour.
Responding to the incident, the motorway police launched legal action against Rehman and officially registered a case for multiple violations of traffic laws. In their statement, the motorway police emphasised their commitment to maintaining road safety and urged the public to avoid irresponsible driving.
The incident has sparked debate online, with many users criticising the influencers for promoting life-threatening stunts under the guise of content creation.
