In a bid to enhance tourism and foster stronger ties between Thailand and Pakistan, the Thai government has announced revised visa fees for Pakistani tourists, effective November 2023.
This move aims to facilitate travel and promote cultural exchange between the two nations.
Tourist visa options
Thailand offers two types of tourist visas – the single entry and multiple entry options, catering to the diverse preferences of travelers. These visas allow Pakistani tourists to explore the rich cultural tapestry, stunning beaches, and historical landmarks that Thailand has to offer.
Financial requirements
To ensure a smooth entry into Thailand, tourists are advised to carry a minimum of 20,000 Thai Baht or $700. This financial provision is in line with the country's regulations to guarantee a comfortable stay for visitors.

- 1 Empty Passport Page/6 Months Validity of Passport
- Bank Statement (1 year)

Bank Statement necessity
A crucial aspect of the application process is the submission of a one-year bank statement. This requirement ensures that tourists have the financial means to support their stay in Thailand, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.
Revised visa fees
Thailand, in its commitment to offering an accessible travel experience, revised its visa fees in June 2023, taking into account exchange rate regulations.
The current fee for a single-entry tourist visa, valid for three months, is set at Rs11,000. For those opting for a multiple-entry visit visa with a six-month validity period, the fee stands at Rs65,000.
