Spokesperson of Foreign Office Mumtaz Zahra Baloch reiterated Pakistan's demand for immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the main responsibility for this is on the Security Council.
“After the cease-fire, an international conference should be convened to find a lasting solution to the Palestinian issue,” she added.
“It is the duty of pro-Israeli countries to put pressure on Israel for a cease-fire,” Foreign Office spokesman said.
“According to international laws, it is the duty of the Security Council to establish a ceasefire in Gaza,” Mumtaz Zahra Baloch added.
“A strong stand was taken in OIC and Arab League meetings for an immediate ceasefire,” she said.
