Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shehryar Afridi’s nomination papers had been submitted from NA-35 Kohat on Saturday.
The legal team had submitted Afridi’s nomination papers.

Earlier, the PTI founder’s nomination papers had been submitted for the upcoming elections from prison cell in Adiala Jail.

– PTI disgruntled leader Ramesh Khan joins PPP –
PTI disgruntled leader Ramesh Kumar on Friday joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Kumar reached the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) president office to submit the nomination papers from the minority seats. Speaking to the media in Islamabad, Kumar said, “I take the political decision watchfully.”
“I anticipate that the PPP will rule Islamabad. I will contest elections from NA-247 Karachi on the PPP’s ticket,” Kumar stated.
He said, “In December 2021, I told the former PTI chief that your time [politically] had come to an end according to the study of the stars.”.
Kumar predicted that no power could stop the PPP from coming into power.
