The Rawalpindi police have registered a case into the alleged theft of important official documents of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The case was registered against unidentified people at the Civil Lines Police Station in Rawalpindi.
According to the first information report (FIR) filed on the complaint of SBP Rawalpindi Deputy Director Obaid bin Muslim, some documents were found missing during the checking of official records.
It is strongly believed that the documents have been stolen by unidentified persons from the official records. Civil Lines police have registered a case and started searching for the culprits.
The FIR states that the disappearance of the official documents was revealed during the stock collection of records.
