Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif chaired the key huddle on Wednesday, ahead of the general elections slated to happen on February 8.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting were PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, former finance minister Ishaq Dar, and PML-N Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz, Azam Nazeer Tarar, Talal Chaudhry and Nasir Butt.
On this occasion, matters in line with the election preparations were underscored.

The party leaders had apprised PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif of the preparations for the elections in their respective constituencies.
– PML-N announces schedule for public gatherings –
The PML-N today announced the schedule for the public gatherings ahead of the upcoming elections.
Nawaz Sharif will address the public gathering in Burewala and Abbottabad on January 26 and January 27, respectively.
The former prime minister will also address the workers in Rawalpindi on January 27.
Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif will also address the public gathering in Sialkot and Daska on January 28.
