A security delegation from New Zealand is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan to assess the security preparations for the upcoming bilateral T20I series in March.
The delegation, set to land in the first week of March, will include representatives from New Zealand Cricket Players Association and an independent security expert.
Sources divulged that the officials will conduct a thorough review of security arrangements in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.
This evaluation is crucial as New Zealand is slated to embark on a tour to Pakistan in April for a five-match T20I series, with matches scheduled to take place in Lahore and Rawalpindi stadiums.
The bilateral T20I series is anticipated to kick off in the third week of April, with the first match expected to be held on April 18.
