Iran's First Lady Jamileh Alamolhoda specially participated in the ceremony held at the Iranian Embassy and also inaugurated a cultural fair at NUML University, Islamabad.
The First Lady of Iran also visited Pakistan Sweet Home where she paid tribute to Pakistani women for successfully playing an important role for the country following values and traditions. She appreciated for providing a safe environment for the upbringing and advised the students to focus on education and character building. She also distributed certificates among the children.
On the occasion, MNA Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, daughter of President Asif Ali Zardari, accompanied the Frsit LAdy of Iran.
She said Pakistan-Iran relations are very important and both the brotherly neighboring countries are connected by common religion, history, and culture. Iranian First Lady prayed for former prime minister Benazir Bhutto and presented her book to Aseefa Bhutto Zardari.
