Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced a 20-member squad led by the seasoned veteran Muhammad Abdullah for the upcoming Sultan Azlan Shah Cup.
The 20-member squad: Muhammad Abdullah (Captain), Muhammad Murtaza Yaqub (Vice-Captain), Abdullah Ishtiaq Khan, Saad Shafiq Ali Khan, Ehtesham Aslam, Saad Shafiq Ali Khan, Ehtesham Aslam, Muhammad Murtaza Yaqub (Vice-Captain), Umar Mustafa, Arbaaz Ayaz, Samiullah, Arshad Liaquat, Abdul Rehman, Abdul Wahab, Muhammad Arsalan, Abdul Qayyum, Bilal Akram, Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, Sikandar Ali Zakir, Taimur Javed Khan, Owais Arshad and Abdul Wajid.
The coaching panel, led by the illustrious Olympian Shahnaz Sheikh, boasts a wealth of experience. Supported by seasoned coaches like Ayaz Mehmood and Waseem Firoz, the team is well-equipped for strategic brilliance and tactical finesse.
The team is slated to depart for Malaysia on May 2, where they will engage in preparatory sessions ahead of their debut match against Mirban team Malaysia on May 4.
