Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Punjab chapter General Secretary Shoaib Siddiqui exchanged views on the country’s political situation on Thursday.
Siddiqui, who is also the MPA, called on CM Maryam in Lahore. On this occasion, Siddiqui briefed me about the problems prevailing in his constituency.
The chief minister assured to address all the problems faced by Siddiqui’s constituency on a priority basis.
Separately, the lawmakers from different districts also called on CM Maryam. On this occasion, the country's political situation and development matters were highlighted. The lawmakers informed the chief minister about the existing problems in their respective constituencies.
Expressing her thoughts, CM Maryam said: "We are bringing the system of cleanliness along with the public-private partnership in the divisional headquarter and big cities."
"I want to see cleanliness in every nook and cranny. In this regard, the work will be started soon," she said.
CM Maryam maintained: "It is the topmost priority to address the masses' problems. We will provide all possible resources to the masses."
"We will roll out the Multan-Vehari motorway for Multan, Jahanian, Vehari, and other cities," she said.
CM Maryam said, "It will be ensured to provide the facilities in line with the cardiology at the hospital in Sialkot."
Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Iftikhar Nazir, Khurram Virk, and Qasim Nadeem.
