Senior leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reached out to former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday, engaging in discussions about the country’s political landscape and the party’s current strategies.
During the conversation, PTI leadership requested Chaudhry to refrain from criticizing party leaders, emphasizing the importance of unity.
Fawad Chaudhry expressed his concerns, stating that under the existing PTI policies, it would be challenging to secure the release of the party’s founder Imran Khan. He urged for a reevaluation of the current approach to achieve this goal.
In response, the PTI leaders assured the former minister that his constructive suggestions would be taken into consideration. They reiterated their commitment to prioritizing the release of the founder chairman and restoring the public mandate.
Both parties agreed on the necessity of uniting the opposition to effectively address the political challenges facing the country.
