After a massive decrease in Thursday's session, gold prices in Pakistan increased once again on Friday.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,000, bringing it to Rs251,500, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
In the local market, the price of 10 grammes of 24-karat gold also jumped by Rs858, reaching Rs215,621. The price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold also witnessed an increased and reached Rs197,652.

The international market also saw a rise in gold prices, with the rate per ounce standing at $2,373, after gaining $3 during the day.
Meanwhile, the rate of 24-karat silver remained stable at Rs2,860 per tola.
