The prices of gold in Pakistan once again jumped back up with a significant margin on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,200, bringing it to Rs253,500, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

In the local market, the price of 10 grammes of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs1,029, reaching Rs217,335. The price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold also witnessed a jump and reached Rs199,224.
The international market also saw a major rise in gold prices, with the rate per ounce standing at $2,415, after losing $27 during the day.
On Wednesday, the rate of 24-karat silver also saw a huge rise of Rs40 to reach Rs2,900 per tola.
