The Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (AKFP) hosted a memorable farewell dinner last night in honour of the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Palestine, H.E. Ahmed Jawad A.A. Rabei
The event, held at a prestigious venue in the city, was a poignant tribute to the ambassador's exemplary service and his efforts to strengthen the bonds between Pakistan and Palestine.
Heartfelt exchanges and reflections on the ambassador’s impactful tenure marked the evening. Guests reminisced about the significant milestones achieved during his time in office and praised his unwavering dedication to strengthening diplomatic relations between the two nations.
Among the distinguished attendees were H.E. Dr. Ihab Mohamed Abdelhamid Hassan, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt; H.E. Nader K. Alturk, Deputy Head of Mission of the State of Palestine; and Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, Vice Chancellor of Riphah International University.
The event also saw the presence of prominent figures including Prof. Dr Hafeez Ur Rahman, President of AKFP; Dr. Mahmood Alam from the USA; Dr Adeel Riaz, Chairman of Aghosh UK; Muhammad Abdus Shakoor, Vice President of AKFP; AM (R) Farooq Habib, Vice President of AKFP; Syed Waqas Jafri, Secretary General of AKFP; and other notable dignitaries.
In his closing remarks, Prof. Dr Hafeez Ur Rahman extended the AKFP’s deepest gratitude to Ambassador Rabei, acknowledging his invaluable contributions and wishing him continued success in his future endeavours.

He added, “I am pleased to announce that the foundation has extended its medical assistance to all individuals affected by the Gaza conflict who reach out through the embassy.”
