After remaining stable for a day, the prices of gold in Pakistan saw an increase on Tuesday, reflecting an upward trend in the international market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola increased by Rs1,200, bringing the new rate to Rs257,700.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold also saw a jump of Rs1,029, reaching Rs220,936. The price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold has reached Rs202,525.

The international gold market also experienced an upward trend on Friday, with the price per ounce rising by $19 to$2,458, as reported by the APGJSA.
The silver rates in the local market, however, remained stable at Rs2,850 per tola, showing no change.
This record-setting trend underscores the volatility and significant shifts in the precious metals market, influenced by both domestic and global economic factors.
