PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat has called upon the party leaders and workers to avoid arrest until the rally scheduled on August 22 in Tarnool, Islamabad.
During the visit to the rally site, he emphasized keeping underground in preparation for holding the event successfully.
The PTI leader claimed that this time, the party would not be caught off-guard while reviewing the rally preparations, stating, “The police will not have a chance to dismantle our stage because we are setting up a dynamic and secure platform.”
He also mentioned a change of venue in strategy, saying that, as the space here is less, the participants may be redirected towards the Sangjani Toll Plaza.
Marwat went on to add that the PTI was also expecting a sea of people at the event, saying that a Peshawhar convoy, led by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, would participate in the rally. It would provide all the necessary equipment, including cranes, required to make the event successful.
