President Asif Ali Zardari will reach Lahore on a two-day visit on Thursday (September 4).
According to details, President Zardari will also hold a meeting with Punjab Governor Haji Sardar Saleem to condole the death of the latter's mother-in-law.
The president is also expected to meet the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders from Punjab and local leaders in Lahore.
President Zardari will review the matters in line with the party's organisation.

Few days back, PPP senior leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Saturday that his party was playing an "active role" in Punjab and at the national level.
According to details, Kaira called on Punjab Governor Saleem Haider in Lahore. On this occasion, the Punjab governor stated: "The doors of the Governor House are open for all the political parties."
Moreover, both the leaders had also discussed the matters in line with their mutual interests.
