The ‘My Dreams’ feature launched in Pakistan by Yango earlier this year allows users to discover their drivers’ personal goals and dreams, creating a stronger bond and providing an opportunity to support their journey. Farman, who quit his job at a pharmaceutical company to run his own business, faced a major challenge when his son was born with severe health complications, resulting in developmental delays. With uncertainty surrounding his son's recovery, Farman, a top-rated partner driver, turned to Yango’s ‘My Dreams’ initiative, seeking support for his son's medical needs.
As part of the initiative, Yango supports its top-performing partner drivers. In Farman’s case, they covered all medical expenses -- a gesture that his family initially found unbelievable but ultimately came to appreciate deeply.
