Airport Security Force (ASF) personnel recovered six hundred and seventy grams of brown heroin worth lakhs of rupees from a passenger going to Sharjah at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore.
According to ASF officials, passenger Muhammad Naeem had skillfully hidden the drugs in the inner layers of the bag.
ASF personnel foiled the smuggling attempt by recovering drugs from the bag after searching the passenger's luggage.
As many as twenty capsules filled with drugs were also recovered from the accused.
The accused was handed over to the ANF authorities along with the recovered drugs.
