Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has escalated her attacks on Republican rival Donald Trump, branding him “weak” and accusing him of seeking approval from authoritarian leaders.
In a pointed statement shared on social media platform X, Harris emphasized her criticism, stating, “Donald Trump is weak. He seeks flattery from dictators: Weak. He has demeaned America’s military: Weak. He has called for terminating the Constitution: Weak.”
This exchange comes just two days before voters head to the polls, with both candidates having engaged in a series of personal assaults throughout the campaign. Harris has characterized Trump as “unhinged” and “too old,” while Trump has retaliated by labeling her “stupid,” a “Marxist,” and “lazy as hell.”
In the midst of this heated campaign, Trump has also made alarming predictions about the consequences of a Harris victory, claiming it would lead the country towards a severe economic downturn reminiscent of the Great Depression. He asserted, “If I win, you are 3 days away from the best jobs, the biggest paychecks, and the brightest economic future the world has ever seen.”
As tensions rise, both candidates are mobilizing their bases for what is shaping up to be a contentious election day.
