The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) tomorrow at 10:30 AM regarding a petition to halt new CSS 2024 exams before announcing the results.
During the hearing, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani postponed the case until tomorrow. The petitioners, including Hamza Javed, appeared with their lawyer, Advocate Ali Raza.
The petitioners argued that FPSC uploaded admission certificates on February 4 without hearing their concerns. On February 3, the commission released the duty roster, indicating that new exams would be conducted.
Justice Kayani stated that the court initially refrained from suspending the exam schedule and instead referred the matter to FPSC for reconsideration in light of judicial orders.
Advocate Ali Raza emphasized that this decision affects over 3,000 candidates. The court will continue the hearing tomorrow (Tuesday).
