Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf said on Tuesday that the purpose of the team is to entertain the crowd.
Expressing his thoughts on the sideline of the inauguration ceremony of the revamped Karachi stadium, Rauf said, “We always try to ensure that the fans leave the ground on the higher note.”
He acknowledged the fans’ supports, saying, “What we are is because of the immense support from the fans.”

It is pertinent to note that injury forced Rauf to leave the field during the tri-nation series opener against New Zealand.
Pakistan will take on South Africa in the third match of the tri-nation series. The winning team will play New Zealand in the fourth and final match of the tri-nation series.

The Green Shirts will kickstart their Champions Trophy campaign by taking on New Zealand on February 19.
