Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Interior Minister Waqar Ahmed Noor, along with senior officials, held a press conference revealing India’s alleged disruptive activities along the Line of Control (LoC).
Speaking to the media, Minister Noor accused Indian forces and intelligence agencies of fueling unrest in the region. He highlighted that India has a long history of unprovoked firing on innocent civilians along the LoC and engaging in sabotage.
Indian forces continue indiscriminate firing on civilians across the LoC. India is allegedly using and transporting explosive materials to cause destruction along the border.
Since 2016, at least 54 incidents of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) being planted along the LoC have been recorded.
Minister Noor emphasized that these actions are part of India’s broader strategy to destabilize the region. He urged the international community to take notice of India’s alleged violations and ensure the protection of civilians in the area.
