The Saudi Riyal (SAR) exchange rate in the open market stood at Rs74.66 after a slight increase of one paisa on Friday, March 14, 2025.
The selling rate also strengthened, with exchange companies offering 1 SAR for Rs75.06, according to the Forex Association of Pakistan.

The Saudi Riyal is valued at Rs74.66 in the open market, meaning 1,000 SAR can be exchanged for Rs74,660 in Pakistani currency.
Pakistan received $3.1 billion in remittances from overseas workers in February 2025, marking a 3.8% increase compared to January 2025, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
On a year-on-year basis, remittances surged 38.6%, compared to the $2.25 billion recorded in February 2024.
Pakistani expatriates in Saudi Arabia contributed the largest share of remittances in February 2025, sending $744.4 million.
