The Meteorological Department has predicted mostly dry weather across the country during the Eid holidays, with hot temperatures in the plains during the day.
Islamabad and its surrounding areas will experience dry conditions with partly cloudy skies, while most districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab are also expected to remain dry, with strong winds likely in some parts of Punjab.
In Sindh, dry weather will prevail in most areas, accompanied by occasional gusty winds. Azad Kashmir is also expected to stay dry, whereas Gilgit-Baltistan may see partly cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.
Balochistan will experience dry conditions, with hot weather in the southern districts. Key recorded temperatures include 7°C in Quetta, 5°C in Kalat, 4°C in Ziarat, and 19°C in Turbat. Meanwhile, Gwadar and Jiwani recorded 21°C and 22°C, respectively.
Authorities advise residents, particularly in lowland and southern areas, to take precautions against the heat during the holidays.
