Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended on Tuesday his Eid Al-Fitr greetings to various political figures through telephone calls.
In his conversations, he emphasised the importance of collective efforts to work for the welfare and prosperity of the public.
The prime minister contacted numerous key figures, including Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
During these calls, he highlighted the need for provincial development to ensure national stability.
PM Shehbaz also spoke individually with Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, Federal Ministers Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Chaudhry Salik Hussain and Sardar Khalid Magsi.
Additionally, the premier reached out to the president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, JUI-F supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Owais Noorani and Professor Sajid Mir, offering his heartfelt wishes for their well-being.
PM Shehbaz stated, "We must all work together for the national development and the welfare of the people." Political leaders reciprocated his greetings, wishing him the best in return.
The premier also conveyed Eid wishes to the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, the Governor of Punjab, and the Gilgit-Baltistan governor.
In all these interactions, the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to work collaboratively for the country’s development and the prosperity of its people.
