A new gas load shedding schedule has been announced for the summer season, under which natural gas will be supplied from 5 AM to 10 PM daily, while gas supply will be suspended from 10pm to 5am.
According to details, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has confirmed the implementation of the load management plan in Quetta during the summer months.
A spokesperson for SSGC stated that the new schedule aims to ensure stable and sustainable gas supply for all consumers in the city. The move is intended to help manage gas pressure and demand effectively during the warmer months.
It is worth noting that Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) had also recently announced a revised gas supply schedule following Ramadan 2025, in an effort to maintain consistent gas pressure for its users.
