National Assembly Opposition Leader Omar Ayub claimed on Sunday that if there was stability in the country, the leadership, including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, would not be in jail.
Expressing his thoughts in Islamabad, Ayub asserted: "There is neither the constitution nor the rule of law in the country."
He questioned: "How will the country progress without adherence to the constitution?"
Ayub claimed: "There is no freedom of expression in the country."
"Whenever they say something, an FIR is filed," he added.
