Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar urged overseas Pakistanis on Tuesday to consider investing in their home country, assuring them of comprehensive support and facilities from the government.
He emphasised that safeguarding the rights of overseas Pakistanis stood as a top priority for the administration.
During a meeting with a delegation of overseas Pakistanis led by Nouman Mustafa, the prime minister stressed the crucial role of legally and securely transferring remittances from Pakistanis residing abroad for the country's advancement.
He specifically encouraged the delegation to utilise the Roshan Digital Pakistan Account as the safest avenue for remittance transfers, emphasising its potential to enhance the national economy.

PM Kakar reiterated the government's responsibility to protect the investments and properties of overseas Pakistanis, emphasising a strict zero-tolerance stance towards any laxity in this regard.
The prime minister expressed the government's "unwavering commitment" to creating a favourable environment that allows the overseas Pakistanis to confidently invest in and contribute to their homeland's development.
– Action against power theft –
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar vowed on Sunday to take strict action against the power theft.
Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), PM Kakar said, “I am glad that the anti-power-theft efforts of our Power Division are bearing excellent results.
He said, “My government will continue to support this campaign with more vigour so that our annual losses can be further minimised”.
