The Indian media's propaganda to link dinner party near Kartarpur Gurdwara has been exposed as Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claimed that a dance party was held allegedly at the Kartarpur Gurudawara, asserting it was state-sponsored.
Contrary to the facts, it was not a dance party but merely a dinner gathering held 2-KM away from the Kartarpur Corridor premises.
The Pakistani Sikh community rejected Indian negative propaganda.
BJP’s leaders' allegations proved false
On the night of November 18, a viral video created a storm on social media, which was posted claiming that a party was organized in the Kartarpur Gurdwara premises with meat and alcohol. It should be noted that Sikh Kartarpur is the place where the first guru of Sikhs, Nanak Dev Ji, spent the last days of his life.
However, after the video and claims attributed to it went viral on November 18, various political and religious parties in India criticized the alleged party at the Gurdwara.
India Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal wrote on the X account that 'This incident at Gurdwara Kartarpur Sahib has hurt the sentiments of the Sikh community all over the world. The violation should be reported to the relevant authorities.”
The allegations by the BJP leader have now been proven false and absolutely incorrect with the facts.
Head Granthi Darbar Sahib Kartarpur responds to propaganda
Head Granthi Darbar Sahib Kartarpur Sardar Gobind Singh responding to the negative propaganda on social media about the Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur Corridor said that the news reported in the Indian media quoting the BJP leader was absolutely false.
He said: 'On Saturday night (November 18) the PMU hosted an informal dinner at Kartarpur in which heads or their representatives of all important government departments of district Narowal, including the judiciary, district administration, police, Rangers, Customs, Anti-Narcotics officials and journalists attended the dinner. The purpose of the event was to enhance coordination and cooperation among all departments/stakeholders concerned with the deployment of Phase II of Kartarpur. The deputy commissioner Narowal and all other participants assured of their complete cooperation and role in further development of Kartarpur and religious tourism.”
Sardar Gobind Singh stated that negative propaganda is being done by India on social media. Pakistani brothers were falsely accused of having a dance party in front of Kartarpur, according to Sardar Gobind Singh. He emphasized that nothing like this happened, strongly condemning the allegations against Pakistani brothers.
Sardar Gobind Singh remarked that a few miscreants don't want them to perform religious rituals in independent Kartarpur.
“In 2018 and 2019, the European Union and Disinfolib rejected fake news from India. Sikhs in India, who spread fake news against others, have been in the mill of oppression for a long time,” he said.
