Senior jurist Shah Khawar has been appointed as Chief Election Commissioner of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) election commission.
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar approved and a notification has been issued in this regard.
The appointment notification was issued by the Inter-Provincial Liaison Ministry and Shah Khawar was appointed Chief Election Commissioner of PCB for 3 months.
"Shah Khawar Board of Governors will hold elections on completion. The deadline for the election of the chairman is 4 February 2024," said.
