Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Emir Sirajul Haq said on Friday that there is an “outdated” political system in the country.
Expressing his thoughts in Lahore, Haq lambasted the political opponents, saying, "There is no difference between the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in terms of policies."
"The only thing the rulers had done was witness a surge in their properties and factories," he said.
He urged the masses to extend support to his party in the upcoming elections, scheduled to take place on February 8.
"The country's resources have plundered in the last 76 years. Nobody is aware that the loans taken from foreign countries have been utilised," Haq asserted.
