The schedule of two matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10 has been revised following a request from the tournament’s broadcasters.
According to sources, the day match between Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings, earlier scheduled for May 1 at the Multan Cricket Stadium, will now be played on May 6 at the same venue.
Similarly, the fixture between Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators, originally planned for May 10, will now take place under lights on May 11 at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
Sources said that the broadcasters had approached the PSL management seeking changes due to logistical issues, prompting the league authorities to cooperate and adjust the schedule accordingly.
There were also discussions regarding shifting the matches from Multan to Lahore, but the venue has ultimately remained unchanged.
It is pertinent to mention that only the dates and timings of the matches have been altered, while the hosting venue, Multan Stadium, remains the same.
