Taking hot showers: Hot water can strip away the skin's natural oils, leaving it dry and dehydrated. This can make fine lines and wrinkles more noticeable. Instead, take lukewarm showers and pat your skin dry gently.
Rubbing your eyes: Rubbing your eyes can damage the delicate skin around them and lead to the formation of wrinkles. If you have to rub your eyes, do so gently.
Over-cleansing: Over-washing your face can also dry out your skin and make it more prone to wrinkles. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and avoid using harsh scrubs.
Not wearing sunglasses: Sunglasses protect your eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays, which can damage the skin and contribute to premature ageing. Make sure to wear sunglasses whenever you are outdoors, even on cloudy days.
Looking down at your phone too much: The constant downward gaze of looking at our phones can lead to "tech neck," a condition that causes wrinkles and sagging skin in the neck area. To avoid this, try to take breaks from your phone throughout the day and avoid using it in bed.
Sleeping on your side or stomach: Sleeping on your side or stomach can create folds in your skin that can become permanent over time. To prevent this, try to sleep on your back.
Sipping through straws: Pursing your lips repeatedly to sip through a straw can cause wrinkles around your mouth. Instead, drink directly from the glass or bottle.
