All matters of Sindh Premier League (SPL) management have been resolved and SPL settled affairs with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The first edition of the Sindh Premier League will be played next year.
The SPL was postponed due to the Patron's Cup. The sources further claimed Sindh Premier League Management approached PCB through the Sindh government.
Sources said the leadership of the People's Party directed Zaka Ashraf to get SPL. The Sindh Premier League will be played from January 25 to February 5 in Karachi.

In a statement, the management of SPL announced to re-schedule for the Sindh Premier League (SPL).
“After careful consideration and in the interest of enhancing the overall experience of the league, the organizing committee has decided to reschedule the SPL to new dates from 25th Jan to 5th Feb 2024,” he added.
“This extension allows us to diligently plan and execute an event that upholds the standards of excellence expected from the SPL. The decision was made after a comprehensive assessment aimed at ensuring a more conducive environment for the participation and enjoyment of all involved,” the statement reads.
