Opener Abdullah Shafique said that he acknowledged their failure in the Australia series. He said that if they didn’t drop the catches then the Australian batting line would be affected, but no player dropped the catch intentionally.
In a press conference, he said that Australian skipper Pat Commins was the main bowler in the Australian team and green shirts tried to stop wickets in his overs but unfortunately, they could not.
On talking about Rizwan’s and Amir Jamal performance, he said they are making a good partnership and Pakistan hopes they both will play well for a good target to Australia.
