Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Emir Sirajul Haq said on Tuesday that his party was the ‘’only ray of hope’’ in a bid to uplift the country.
Expressing his thoughts, Haq said, ‘’There is not written in the fate of the youth to move abroad after getting an education.’’ He bemoaned the prevailing use of ‘’foul’’ language in politics.
He was of the view that the country was facing severe hardships, saying, ‘’The polarisation in the country has increased.’’

– Vote for JI to eliminate corruption –
Few days back, Haq on Sunday asked the people to cast votes for his party in the forthcoming elections to eliminate corruption in the country.
Addressing the rally in Lower Dir, Haq said, ‘’It will be up to the masses to decide the fate of the country on February 8. ‘’
‘’If the JI is voted into power, then we will snatch the royalty of electricity and other rights from the centre,’’ Haq said.
