The Islamabad High Court (IHC) stopped the FIA from taking any action against Aleema Khan—sister of PTI founder.
Aleema Khan challenged FIA’s both summons notices in the IHC. Aleema Khan did biometric verification to apply.
She prayed the court to order FIA to provide evidence and records against Aleema Khan and declare declare the FIA notices null and void.

Aleema Khan had challenged both notices sent by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
For the formation of the bench and for the hearing to be held today the file has been sent to the Chief Justice.
Aleema Khan reached IHC with her lawyer Sheraz Ahmed Ranjha where both notices of FIA would be challenged.
FIA cybercrime and anti-terrorism wing had given the notices.
FIA has been ordered to present proof and record against Aleema Khan.
In the petition, Aleema Khan requested the IHC to declare the notices of FIA null and void.
The petition said FIA in the disguise of the notice was trying to politically victimize Aleema Khan.
The petition said that if the inquiry was held fairly Aleema Khan would co-operate. In the petition, FIA has been made solely responsible.
