Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said on Thursday that measures like suspending internet services are usually taken to avert any untoward incident in the country.
Speaking exclusively to Samaa TV, Chaudhry said, "The internet outage was not faced merely by one political party."
"Those who are deeming the power outage as rigging are accepting their defeat," he maintained.
Expressing his thoughts in line with the turnout, Chaudhry said: "The turnout in every election varies. It is normal to see less turnout in the sector areas of Islamabad than rural areas."
