The Lahore police seems to have made significant strides in the investigation of the murder case of Ameer Balaj Tipu, uncovering crucial leads that shed light on the events surrounding his death.
According to police reports, on the night of the murder, the two individuals allegedly connected to the case, Tareef Butt alias Teefi Butt and Gogi Butt, were located in different cities. Police claim that Teefi Butt fled abroad from Karachi, while Gogi Butt was present in Lahore.
Muzaffar Hussain, who served as Teefi Butt's personal masseuse for 22 years, has emerged as a central figure in the investigation. Notably, valuable information pertaining to the case has been provided to the police by Muzaffar's third wife, offering key insights into the circumstances surrounding the murder.

Moreover, law enforcement authorities have intensified their efforts to apprehend Gogi Butt, conducting raids at various locations in his pursuit, as per police sources.
Muzaffar's third wife has also contacted the police to get the custody of his body. The sources also said that the wife has also provided some crucial information to the police regarding the case. Additionally, the Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) has been enlisted to support the local police in their investigation, the sources said.

The case is currently under the jurisdiction of the local police in Chuhng, who are actively pursuing leads and gathering evidence to piece together the events leading up to Ameer Balaj Tipu's tragic demise.
Earlier, it was reported that Khawaja Aqeel alias Gogi Butt and his gunmen - named in the murder case of Ameer Balaj Tipu escaped before the CIA police raided a residence at a Canal Road housing society.

Sources claimed that the CIA police raided different areas following an FIR registered on the murder of Ameer Balaj at the Chuhng police station.
“Before the raid, Gogi Butt and gunmen escaped from the spot,” police sources said. “The location of Gogi Butt's mobile phone is being identified again, while police teams are also raiding outside Lahore."
