A devastating accident occurred in the Soon Valley area of Khushab when a mini-truck fell into a deep ditch, killing 13 members of the same family and injuring nine others.
All the individuals involved in the tragic incident belonged to the same family and were en route from Bannu to Khushab.
Rescue operations were immediately initiated as rescuers rushed to the scene to assist the victims. The accident, reportedly caused by brake failure, left the family members trapped in the wreckage, requiring urgent rescue efforts, officials said.
Rescue officials confirmed that among the deceased were five women and children. The injured were promptly shifted to the Nowshera THQ Hospital for medical treatment.
