After showing a downward trend for a day, the price of gold in Pakistan and globally shot up once again on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the price of 24-karat gold increased to Rs339,400 per tola, after seeing a price rise of Rs600.

Dealers reported a similar hike in the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold, which has gone up by Rs514 to now trade at Rs290,980. Furthermore, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also reported a rise to trade at Rs266,741.
The price of 24-karat silver per tola is currently standing at Rs3,397. Internationally also, the gold price saw a rise of $6, reaching $3,224 per ounce.
