Former tennis star of India Sania Mirza announced that she has been blessed with the incredible opportunity to embark on the sacred journey of Hajj.
In a post on the short-video streaming platform Instagram, former wife of the cricketer Shohaib Malik said: “As I prepare for this transformative experience, I humbly ask for your forgiveness for any wrongdoings and shortcomings.”
Sharing her emotion for the sacred pilgrimage to the Holy city of Makkah, Sania said: “My heart is filled with gratitude for this chance to seek redemption and spiritual renewal.”
Sania says, “I pray that Allah accepts my prayers and guides me on this blessed path. I am deeply fortunate and feel immensely grateful,”
“Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I embark on this journey of a lifetime. I hope to come back as a better human being with a humble heart and stronger imaan,” she asked her friends and loved ones in a post on Instagram.
It is pertinent to note that apart from Sania Mirza, her sister Anum Mirza and brother-in-law Muhammad Asaduddin have also shared the news of going to the holy pilgrimage of Hajj.
