Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and her team for their cleanliness and public service efforts during the three days of Ei-ul-Azha.
In a message directed to the Chief Minister and the entire team involved in the cleanliness campaign, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended their hard work with the phrases "Well done Punjab" and "Well done Maryam Nawaz."
The prime minister noted the significant impact of using drones, which resulted in an 80% reduction in littering in the Lahore canal.
He praised this achievement as commendable and expressed his hope that the quality of public service would not only be maintained but continue to improve. The premier said traditional practice of using rose water to wash streets should continue.
