The Meteorological department said that the Monsoon is expected to be severe in the upper and central regions of the country and during July 2 to 7, rain is expected in Rawalpindi and Gujranwala divisions, Potohar region, and Central Punjab will have light rain in some places.

There is a possibility of rain today with thunder in the upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, hot and humid weather will remain in Balochistan during July 3 to 7, and there is a possibility of rain in the eastern region of the province.
During this period, the weather will remain extremely hot and humid in most parts of Sindh. However, rain is expected in Umarkot Mithi and Larkana.
There is a possibility of heavy rains in Upper KP between 3rd and 7th July.
